Pelicans players who went on to have greater success elsewhere.

Does anyone else find it crazy that so many former pels players in recent past have gone on to other teams only to have much greater success? Look at HArt, Dyson, hell even NAW. Meanwhile, when is the last time the pels got a player as a free agent/trade and had greater success than with their old team? The only conclusion I can come up with is that the franchise is either legit cursed or simply have the worst ownership/coaching in NBA history.

Franchise is cursed. Sell the team, tear down SKC and rise like phoenix through the ashes.

Well it took the Saints like 44 years to win something . Trust the Process.
Charlotte Hornets no better either.

There isn't a franchise in pro sports that deserves to be sold to a different city quicker than the New Orleans Pelicans do. They're a mother fricking train wreck and a grade A embarrassment.

Cousins was coming close to getting greater success than Sac before the injury.
But no it's not crazy to me that our guys flourish elsewhere. They end up on teams that have multiple great players that aren't broken.
We cant keeps guys on the court, ownership won't pay the tax (which i kinda dont blame her at this point), our arena is constantly ragged on by players across the league, we are too cheap to fire coaches (that i will blame her for)
Players are not put in position to succeed here.

Every team in any sport could play this exercise. The Pels are no special case.

It’s not rocket science. No one can reach their full potential in every situation. If you have 100s of people in a good organization helping you succeed, you will do better that you would in a dysfunctional one. The Pelicans are a bottom tier organization and every player here will operate lower than they could on a better franchise.

This is the second Borel–Cantelli lemma theorem
Whereas Ek = NBA championship - it essentially states that if you do any task repetitively and without direction into infinity, the desired outcome will eventually occur, randomly.
This seems to be the process

In hindsight, I'd rather NAW and Hart than CJ

It was all downhill when we weren't rebranded as the Voodoo.
I'm talking bringing back Bones, Mojo, and the Purple/Red/Black.
We deserve to be cursed.

To be honest, a lot of it comes down to circumstances beyond our control. Just shitty luck mostly. It sucks.

He was an allstar with Philly, don’t think he achieved that with us.

He had better counting& advanced stats, win %, and playoff success with us as well as 1st and 2nd team all defense.

I am not disagreeing with you overall, the franchise is a dumpster fire. But...
In fairness he had greater success/played better as a Pelican than at his previous stops. Just not as good as he is now. Very happy for Josh, he was a great Pel.
The entire board wanted NAW gone and rejoiced when we traded him. Why would we get upset that he has done better than when he was here when literally every fan wanted him gone. Can't have that double standard.

Not even close. Just one of over a dozen reasons to have fired Grifter Griffin.
