I'm not saying we're out of contention for Ham, but he seems to be as popular as Lue.
Also, I think SVG could help build the culture we're talking about. We keep talking about bringing in Heat Culture, Stan is steeped in it and JJ speaks pretty highly of him. His name might be higher up the list than you'd expect for a retread that hasn't had much success lately.

I’m going on record as saying passing on Dan Craig will be a huge mistake. I hope we do something like him and not go after a name like Lue or Van Gundy

Craig is probably my favorite choice of the assistants. I just have a hard time believing Griffin goes that route.

Certainly possible. But we have kept things extremely close to the vest so they may not leak until after the hire.

• Clippers could make a decision this week with Mike Brown as a strong possibility.
• Jason Kidd is a candidate for the Pelicans job.
• Mike D’Antoni is still a candidate for Pacers job. David Joerger’s interview wasn’t impressive.
