It was more of a misunderstanding on Lowe's part. Fisher originally tweeted out doom and gloom re: Lowe's tweet about stretching Rivers. MM told Fisher not to worry about it. Then, Fisher kept asking MM - "So, Lowe is just making stuff up?" "So, I should just ignore Lowe?" Lowe shouldn't really be mad at anyone....or at least MM, if anybody, for "doubting" his sources.

6ers can play hardball now. It would have been a risk, but I bet that if Demps had waited on Asik, we could probably force Houston to use an asset to work something out with a 3rd team to where we keep our MLE/Rivers.

He's one of the writers at The Bird Writes (former At The Hive). He usually does pretty good statistical analysis, but I have noticed he won't let things go when he should, like he'll take every opportunity to bash Monty if he gets. The real problem is that the best reporters on the team are regular people working for free. If the pros were able to do a better job then these bloggers would be just another message board poster and people wouldn't overreact to what they have to say and they wouldn't overreact back.
