ADs legacy will be that he likes throwing away money.

Per @stephenasmith, the #Hornets offered Kemba Walker 5 years and around $160 million, which is well shy of the supermax option, and he informed Charlotte he won’t be returning. #Celtics expected to sign the 3-time All-Star.

Not interested in what Stephen A Smith says. He’s not a credible source to me.

If they get another max player they won't get past the wcf. They would have literally no room. Exemptions and exceptions are the only way to fill out the remaining roster. If GSW taught us anything, it's the importance of depth

Why wouldn't the Hornets offer Kemba the Supermax?

Because he's not worth a Supermax.

They are already offering him more than any team can I think.

Anthony Davis will waive his $4.1M trade bonus to complete trade to Lakers. Therefore, his contract can’t be renegotiated or extended for 6 months. (Which, assuming L.A. doesn’t carry $5.6M cap room into January) effectively means he will definitely be a free agent next summer.)

he's always said he would enter FA, but now he has to.

Standards are being lowered in New York.

Apparently the Knicks are trying to delude themselves into believing that Terry Rozier is every bit as good as Kyrie Irving.

That’s loser talk for “We’re getting fourth tier free agents” after setting their sights on KD and Kyrie.

SAS says a lot of shite that isn’t necessarily true.

Hence why I preface any statement by him with “consider the source”.

Whatever happens, I just hope this board doesn’t start melting. The Lakers trade was our only option.
