They have 4 PGs now. Another move is probably happening soon.

But not with the Pelicants. Most timid team in the both the NBA and G League.

If Morant grows up and only lives for basketball, and that’s a big if, Portland easily wins this trade! They get Morant for two roll playing nonstarters!

Just shows that Poole and Hawkins would have easily gotten it done if Dumars had a vision for trying to build Morant up for a future trade.

He can grow up but he's getting hurt, his athleticism is waning, and he still can't shoot.

You can argue they have 5 PGs now.

Ja
Dame
Scoot
Sharpe
Jrue

A few of these guys can slot as a SG though, but yes I do expect them to move one of Scoot/Sharpe.

Temetrius the Gunflasher would’ve been no good in NOLA

100% one or two of them are gone. Ngl they could use a Zion.
Remember when Zion was rehabbing in Portland years ago

Jerami Grant is actually playable so that Blazers package is a huge upgrade

Man, he really didn't have much worth in the market.

Go get Jrue Holiday’s two remaining years for Poole’s expiring. There has to be a way to make that work right?

Grant is seen as a negative asset given his $70 million remaining. An expiring like Poole, especially for a rebuilding team like Memphis, would have been more advantageous to them.

Shams saying Blazers are out on Brown and they view Morant as their big move. They view a backcourt of Ja and Dame as their starters.

That will be a disaster for them

A 6’0 backcourt who both needs the ball in the hands with Deni Avdija who also is more of an on ball player
