Lonzo says he didn't want a trade: 'I ended up... staying here, where I wanted to be”

CBSSPORTS
Certainly an upgrade from where we came from with EGKnee.
quote:
"I'm happy to be here," Ball told reporters. "It was a long day. But overall, I ended up not getting moved and staying here, where I wanted to be. So it all worked out how it was supposed to." Ball added that he is "comfortable" in New Orleans and that he loves "playing with Z and B," in reference to Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram.

JJ thread is 15 pages of dick measuring between 3 posters. One positive thread gets nothing. Typical.

I got home from work and tried to figure out what was going on in that thread. The last 5 pages are literally going in circles, I just gave up.
As for the topic, if Lonzo can keep shooting anything like he's shot the ball this season; he can work next to Zion and the fit and chemistry seem great. I think it'd be less challenging to build a team around zion and lonzo, than zion and BI. (and I'm not saying I want to get rid of any of them)

I posted once in that 15 pages.

I don’t think Totes even posted in that thread did he?
Edit: I guess he did
It’s mostly just me answering the same hot take variations aggressively posted at me over and over.
Anyways, Watched the press conference , it’s hard to really get much of a read on Lonzo because he’s so laid back and short with his answers, but even that said his answers were rather robotic. Not sure I can take a whole lot of confidence from the answers.

If we keep Lonzo, it’s very likely Hart is gone. I dint see us paying both of them.

I don’t necessarily agree, but if we do lose Hart over Lonzo, I’m gonna be pissed!

There are no lies there.
Literally a merry go round of mostly(with some exceptions) the same bootlicking arguments and the sorts of people wanting to paint this situation with their hatred of player empowerment and aggressively go after the non groupthink. Basically typical TD bullshite
It’s funny though how almost every time this groupthink acts up toward me I end up on the right side of history, Christian Wood the better person to commit to over Meli/Okafor, Adams being an overpay, Zion not actually being a disappointment and needing to lower his ceiling after 34 games, Bled not actually secretly being this great fit, us going to have problems with spacing with our starting lineup to start the season.

Jester was a douche ( ), but I don’t think he was an autist.

He needs to can Klutch and sign with CAA. I’m glad to hear he is speaking out because Klutch and his dad were definitely putting out something different.

His dad is such a cloud over his life.
