I'd say thats a "weight bearing" exercise. Thats the best shape he's looked in since he got here.
So my question is, whats the reason for this? We know Zion isn't the workout post, type of guy. All its going to do is raise frustrations that he isn't actually playing basketball.

Am I the only one that noticed he still has a gut and didn’t get the elevation on that dunk we’re used with Zion? The guy’s head used to be able to touch the rim.

Dude it was probably after a workout and he hasnt played basketball in damn near a year. He looks like a freaking bus, in a good way, and just did a easy 2 foot eastbat off the backboard. Why be the depressing contrarian after something cool happens

The Zion we saw his first 2 years+ here, would NEVER be walking around shirtless.
Compare this to the guy that was huffing and puffing to slide across the lane earlier in the season.
