The Pels will continue to see good growth since getting Zion and the other young stars. Getting Zion put them on the map nationally and globally with everyone wanting to watch him and buy merch.

We said this about Davis.
They have to make consistent deep runs in the postseason to really move the needle.

The Knicks and Bulls are terrible franchises but their market gets them where they are.

Crazy that it was so hard to find a buyer for $350 million just a few years ago.

New Orleans should be at least be 24th within 2 yrs. Should is key word.

While true, I don't think it's "postseason or die" for the value of the franchise
Look how many games we've played on national TV this year because of Zion, and we're 9 games under .500

If(i don't believe this will happen, FYI) Zion continues to be awesome but we continue to suck, the novelty of Zion will wear off very quickly as the years go by.

its already worn off this season, as far as TV ratings go.
his first couple games ratings were thru the roof, now they've normalized down. alot of that has to do with the viewer/fan penchant for shiny things, and zion (while awesome) hasnt really done anything ridiculous/must-watch as of yet

A big test of Zion's marketability will be ticket sales with the price increases. The Pels really need to stay in the race for the 8 seed. Tonight's game against Portland really is huge.

This list looks directly correlated to the amount of population a city has and the franchises value.
Posted on 2/11/20 at 4:23 pm to Gigoleaux
prob not—that list is more about real estate than anything else

Yeah, you better believe that Gatorade and Jordan Brand are both rooting for us tonight, big-time.
