Dejounte has clearly been shooting at Zion (not negatively imo) all season.

DJ Interview

DJ is clearly not a fan of the bullshite and hopefully he has helped to implement this into Zions brain going forward.

Do you think this will lead to issues soon or will Z actually respond by doing the right thing?

I love that story that Charles Barkley tells about Moses Malone calling him fat and lazy. Changed his career.

Need a Moses Malone.

We need the 80s mentality. Before flopping was used as a strategy

CJ couldn't do it
Barkley couldn't do it
Shaq couldn't do it
The mainstream media couldn't do it

That's just what we know. Dejounte won't be the person to do it

I know we had same theory with CJ.

Z might change, he might learn to shoot, he might stay healthy, he might be reason a franchise wins a ring. I just have zero hope it will be in his current uniform.

Even though it'd be horrible for just about every real reason, I'd love to see us trade for jimmy so i could revel in him being on the same team as zion.

1 year from now. Zion will still be 1.fat, 2. Injured, and 3.) Useless to this franchise.

Good luck Dejounte.

You can't replicate that. Malone was a former multi-time MVP and world champion. He was arguably the best player in the league for many years in a row. Barkley worshipped Malone and was in awe of him. Only a handful of players in the league could have that kind of impact on Zion. None of them play for us..

How many times are y’all going to let Lucy pull the football on you?

Charles Barkley had some competitive drive in him. This tub of shite just wants to play video games and eat junk like a child.

Nobody can do it, until someone actually does. That's where the Moses Malone comparison is applicable. I guess my overall take is that I agree that it is unlikely, but it is slightly possible. Since this franchise is sunk at the moment, I will hope for the latter while expecting the former. Somewhat apathetic towards the Pels overall, which is not good for the organization if enough fans feel the same.

I would have been with you until a few hours ago. He really just came back from a 2 month absence in better shape than when he left. I want to see more before I completely buy in, but he's never done that before.

Listening to the post-game presser, Murray seems to be a good mentor for Zion. Zion said Murray calls him regularly throughout rehab to check up on him and talk about not just basketball but things outside of basketball life. Sounds like they have a bond going and this could really be the personality Zion needed to finallymature.

Also, listening to Zion in his presser, he doesn't sound calculated, guarded, and robotic anymore. He actually sounded natural and came off more authentic than i ever remembered when answering questions.

He seems focused and it sounds like he's done being PC with his answers.

Zion seemed like he may have had a cold or something.

Who was with Zion at the interview to the side that he was talking to? His stepdad or Pels personnel?

Look man, if you don't put your blind trust in Zion, you just have a "pathetic and miserable life"

I don't make the rules, that's what I was told!

One would think that if you love playing basketball and making millions while doing it, you would want to keep yourself healthy so you could play better, last longer in the league, and not always be sitting on the bench hurt.

If he hasn't figured this out yet, he never will.
