And Dyson is shutting them down on the other end leading to easy transition baskets.

He’s been playing his arse off defensively. It’s just that anytime defenses load up and take away his left he presses and has no other move to go to.

I would do the same when someone doesn't show they can hit a jump shot. I would literally ignore him when he's on the perimeter.

And this is what all teams will do against Zion until he gets an outside shot. If Griff plans to build around Zion, I hope he is happy with the first round every year.

Zion just can't get the lift tonight. Man I wish he had a pump fake or a power dribble to load up for a dunk.

He seems too worried about getting blocked. It happens

He doesn't even try to dunk in traffic anymore, he will get up high as hell, have plenty of lift to bang on somebody head, and he will roll it in. As pretty as his layups are, bro needs to take heads sometimes.

I think he plays a little hesitant to avoid injury and coming down awkwardly, but rookie year and year 2 Zion was trying to bang on everybody (still would finesse the hell out of layups too much imo).

Also, Zion was fat tonight. More weight on him tonight than he has had on him since the Tournament game vs the Lakers. He was still fast and springy though, just lacked the bounce.

Bro body is funny as hell. That weight will probably be gone by the next game.

That’s probably the best shape I’ve seen Zion in since season one. Go root for the lakers you posers.

The frick are you talking about. This is the best he has looked all season weight wise. Veins were showing in his shoulders. Another 10 pounds down and he will be Duke Zion

Whoa

He's probably 30+ lbs away from Duke Zion.
