Seriously doubt it, no way we take that much salary.

I think it’s the Thunder getting Harris.

Griff going for Simmons, lol.

I bet we are just facilitating some shite, nibbling around the edges. Get dealing Dell on the phone!

The Thunder have $34.6M in cap space, so they can make a trade for Tobias and only send out a minimum salary pretty much to make it work. Tobias makes $35.9M. The Thunder actually have to add salary to their team b/c they are around $20M under the minimum team salary you have to carry right now.

The Sixers are going to be able to improve their team, and get under the tax comfortably.
I think the Nets get better as well trading Harden for Simmons, assuming Kyrie and KD actually play. Have 3 ball dominant guys like that isn't ideal, and KD and Simmons can guard every position on the court, and do it at a high level.

I'm sure the Thunder could care less about Tobias, and just want more picks for absorbing his massively horrible contract.

Have no clue how we fit into this, unless we are moving Nance for someone, but i honestly don't know who we'd want from any of those teams, at least someone that was willing to be let go, so you'd think someone from OKC. I seriously doubt they give up Dort or any other young player with promise.

This works money wise:
Nets: Simmons, Nance
Thunder: Harris
6ers: Harden

Question would be what do Pels get? A 1st or a player that they can flip for Huerter?

Maybe Patty Mills to the Pels? He fits into the remaining TPE space.

The Portland trade is not finalized, so we technically still have the TPE

But what?

The bench is now Jose/Graham/Trey/Jaxson/Willy plus Naji/Temple/Clark/Kira

Do you upgrade Graham?
Do you bring in someone to take minutes from Trey/Jax?

I'm glad Griff is looking, but I just don't see any obvious moves that are better than keeping Nance.

Y’all are thinking too small. The blazers are going to be added as a 5th team. CJ will end up in OKC, we give up another 1st, maybe a player and SGA/ Cam Thomas come in.

I was gonna disagree with this until I saw PJ also had another year of contract. Would be fine but I wouldn't want to give up assets for it so I don't see why Charlotte does the deal. I don't think he's enough of an upgrade to give up even a protected first. Unless you have reason to think we could do a swap for a second or two.

for whatever reason they don't want him and he's been rumored on the move all year.

I think we ship Graham out, despite I’m not personally in favor of trading guys who just signed with us.

Beasley in ‘Sota is a guy I would target in general.

PJ just really isn't that good. I've watched a lot of Charlotte games this year and he's an okay player at best.

I'd definitely take him in our second unit, but hope we don't give up any assets to get him.

That would be a Pels thing to do... You finally set the team up in a way where Graham can slide into the role where he's super valuable. Time to deal him......

Super valuable is a stretch. Would also depend who we got in return for him. Because if we were to acquire another shooter, it’s all good. Slide Jose in for Grahams second unit spot.

The thing is Jose's emergence allows you to do that. Graham and Jose together on the floor is a very small duo.

It'll be interesting to see how Willie reshapes the rotations.
