I would think it depends on the luxury tax situation. The team Jose went to might have to unload a first to lessen their tax hit next season.

See: Cincinnati Bengals

I do want Loomis gone, but because of his FA additions and draft choices not panning out at an acceptable rate the last few seasons. Cap wise? There's more than one way to skin the financial cat, and he just has a preferred method.
Cooper Flagg is going to be what Ben Simmons would've been if he gave a damn.
When are people going to learn that the NFL draft isn't like the NBA draft? You can build a damn good team picking at any spot in any round if you have a good scouting department, and a GM that prioritizes compensatory picks over giving in to sunk cost fallacy. Y'know, someone that isn't Loomis.

The last thing we need another number 1 overall “ Generational talent”. When’s the last time that’s worked out for us

So then we should only sign G Leaguers from now on? C'mon man.
I prefer Ward myself. The fact that he has thrived in multiple systems and styles tells me he's a quick study and takes coaching.

Replacing DFS with Noah Clowney or Trendon Watford works.
Me too. If not, and they're charging $15 for the streaming service, I'll just watch League Pass with my VPN like last season.
I have no idea what Sunday's result will be, but that Dallas defense always struggles against offenses run by the Shanahan tree of coaches.
We got the national feed on Youtube TV. I'm pretty sure it was that way on all the streaming tv providers.

I used League Pass with my vpn set to Seattle last season, so it didn't really matter for me though.

Grab Herro and send Herro to Detroit for THJ and Duren. Make the full trade look something like:
Heat: Ingram

Pels: Jovic, Mills (S&T for salary matching), THJ, Duren

Detroit: Herro

Pretty sure thats a legal trade, and something all three teams could claim they won

It works, but THJ can't be traded before August 27th, and S&Ts can't be shorter than three years.

re: Bally’s for playoffs?

Regional broadcast partners can only cover the first round, After that you have to watch the national broadcasts.
I think they could get #29 from Detroit given the Aaron Glenn connection.
I hope the Amazon deal does solve the Bally's problem. I'm watching on League Pass via vpn on my Fire TV device. Not terrible, but I have to remember to occasionally change servers when they're in Dallas (the default closest server).
The Eagles were last in the NFL in percentage of snaps with a receiver in motion. The Saints were 26th. No thanks.

Amazon in talks with Diamond Sports

tl/dr Amazon would acquire the exclusive streaming rights to Diamond's broadcasts, but the RSNs would stay on the air.

A pick swap is not an extra first round pick.

I didn't say it was. I was just adding info left out of the previous post.
