PG: TyTy/Graham/Jose
SG: CJ/NAW/Temple
SF: BI/Little/Trey
PF: Zion/Herb/Naji
C: Val/Billy/Vet Min

How would you guys feel about that for opening night 2022? Kira and something else could probably be moved for a bench big.

I keep seeing people put Herb on the bench but in no scenario I see in the Pels near future do I put Herb on the bench.

I don’t follow college basketball. Never heard of him. Stupid name though

Who says no?

Pels get McCollum & Covington
Kings get Graham, Hayes, 2026 unprotected 1st, and 2022 Utah 2nd
Blazers get Buddy, Satoransky, Bagley, Didi, future Kings 2nd, 2024 top 5 protected first (may need another pick)

The Blazers….

Plus if we are taking on anyone else they would need more years left on their salary. I don’t want to take back any other expirings unless we have to.

What teams are the picks coming from?

Michael Scotto @MikeAScotto 25s

Sources: The Indiana Pacers are seeking two second-round picks for Justin Holiday. In three seasons with the Pacers, Holiday is shooting nearly 39 percent from 3-point range.

I'm not looking to chase the playoffs, but would replacing Garret Temple and his -15.7 NetRtg with Justin Holiday and his -3.1 NetRtg upgrade the team enough to make a .550-.600 team instead of the .500ish level they've been playing at?

Justin has 2yrs/6mil left so that wouldn’t be a bad deal if we are doing something small.

The picks listed would come from us but imagine the Kings would need to throw a pick in

Covington is an expiring, yes, but he's valuable and we would have his bird rights.

I would love Justin Holiday on this team. If we moved Graham he would give us the same shooting with better defense.

I would probably do it. We have more 2nds than we will use, adds cheap end of the bench guard depth, and can be (very) minor insurance if we move Hart this summer.

I would take Justin, problem would be salary. I wouldn't want to use part of our TPE on him, and we don't really have anyone that Pacers would be interested in.

I don't see us sending out Temple, and frankly, where does enough minutes for Holiday come from without an injury?

At this point of his career, Covington is just a poor man's Herb Jones.

I'd say he's a poor man's Hart also
