How about

76ers: De’Aron Fox, Kira, Naji, Temple, picks from SAC, 1-2 swaps from Pels

SAC: Simmons, Hayes, Sato, NAW, protected 1st from Pels or swap

Pels: Buddy Hield, Thybulle

Why would we give up that much for Hield on his contract and Thybulle. We have our Thybulle in Jones.

so would you trade Sato for Kemba/Fournier/22 Knicks 1st?

I would gladly do Sato + 2nd for Kemba.

Fournier’s salary is like $50-100k over the TPE so that doesn’t work. Even if it did, I think I’d look elsewhere. I wouldn’t want to take on long term money not knowing what the offseason brings and he has 2 years left.

Kemba is done. We aren't giving up Sato and a 2nd for his contract. We would be the ones that would need a pick back to take him. Sato has more value than Kemba.

and you get $100k over that TPE value, so it does work. We talked about that in another thread, you might not have ventured in that one and/or caught that.

The more I think about it the more I want Dejounte Murray. Him, Hart, and Herb would be amazing on the perimeter defensively.

Spurs get NAW, Sato, 2 1sts
Pels get Murray & small piece

Would like Juancho but can't be traded

Is there any indication that the Spurs will make him available? If I'm them, he's the guy I build around, and I start trading other pieces.

I love Murray's game... wish there was a way for Pels to get him

I would like him as well, but see no reason the Spurs would be willing to deal him.

This is entirely false. Kemba can still put the ball in the hoop. Sato cannot even take shots, much less make them. Kemba is shooting almost 41% from 3 on 6.6 per game. Sato has fallen out of the rotation because he is shooting 17% on 1 attempt per game. I doubt there is a single metric that prefers Sato.

Satoransky has hinted he knows he will be back in europe next season (because he has no interest) meaning we lose his salary. I would gladly dump one of our numerous seconds to get Kemba for $8M expiring next season. that would be true even if he is just a walking trade exception like Darius Miller, but Kemba is still very much a psotive offensive player.

Forgot about that. This is a tougher one for me. I don't like restricting roster flexibility for 2 years to take on Fournier and a late pick. I also recognize collecting competent NBA players for the bench is needed nd his $18M salary is not 'unmovable'.

Murray is on such a great contract that there's absolutely no reason for the Spurs to trade him.

Kira/Naji/Temple/Sato/Hayes/Naw/1st/2 swaps

For

Hield/Thybulle

I know not every dude on the list is a valuable asset but that's too much IMO

Kira/Naji/Hayes/NAW are all still young, developing players. It's likely that a couple of them will amount to nothing, but they all still have potential to develop into good pieces.

I'm not saying that they are incredibly valuable, but they are not at all worthless.

He would be such a good fit in Nola honestly. Another big that can still shoot. Won’t be major minutes but I’d take his leadership. Less minutes for Temple for sure
