Trade AD to NY for a Zion-centered package. Take Ja with the second pick. Trade Jrue to the Suns for the 3rd pick and take Barrett.

I know people want to trade Jrue if we end up going youth in the rebuild, but if we end up with Morant miraculously you’d have a hard time finding better iron to sharpen him with.

I agree. I think it comes down to what Jrue wants in that situation. If he goes to the new GM and says he'd rather not be a part of a rebuild I'm sure they'd do right by him.

Trading Jrue only makes sense to me if he asks for it. We can keep him on board and still tank if you use the proper (or rather improper) closing unit. Then try to push for the playoffs in the 20-21 season.

Had a hard time picking the optimal winner for Mavs/Grizz but think I got it right.

Big day today. Wizards/Knicks is big.

Also added an all tank team recognizing the accomplishments of those that deserve our gratitude

Finishing 32-50 would be clutch.

Lets go Grizz/Wiz/Kings

Dallas winning would create a temporary 4 way tie for 6th

I think the best would be a MEM win. They don’t have another 50+ chance of winning. DAL can and should lose to PHX. WAS has NYK. That would make us tied for 6th with Dallas ahead of WAS and MEM.

Not that white and black. If Dallas wins and beats PHX, MEM has a shot of beating warriors bench last game of the season giving us sole possession of 6th worst record.

Are we sure we want that Memphis pick to convey this year though? It's a much more valuable asset from the Celts if it's a 2020 or 2021 pick rather than the ninth pick in a weaker draft. That makes me a little hesitant to root for too many Grizz wins.

This is the Grizzlies last winnable game. Dallas still plays Phoenix.

So best case scenario if you simply want the Pelicans pick to be as low as possible is for Memphis to win today & Dallas lose, but turn around and beats Phoenix. Then we go to a tiebreaker with Dallas.

Current odds:

#1: 6.8%
#2: 7.1 %
#3: 7.5%
#4: 7.9%
#5: 0
#6: 0
#7: 19.7%
#8: 35.6%
#9: 13.4%
#10: 1.4%

Knicks have a 27.4% chance of landing top 2.
Pels have a 13.9% chance of landing top 2.
Lakers have a 6.3% chance of landing top 2.

We are pushing close to a 50% chance for Zion or Morant.

I want a pairing of a guard (Morant or Garland) with a forward (Zion, Hunter, or Hachimura) with our two lottery picks. I think it’s all relative to where our pick and the pick we trade AD for. Barrett is a wild card but I assume we get a wing back in the trade with either Knox or Tatum.

Ideally, Culver and Hunter with Tatum and Smart. Really sold on Hunter.

If not for his age Brandon Clarke would be mentioned right there with Morant and Barrett. It sucks that he’s already 22, but he’s my 4th favorite player in this draft.

1)Zion
4)Morant
3)Barrett
4)Clarke
5)Culver

This draft class really is top heavy, but the Pels have the best odds of obtaining one of the top 3 guys.
