I figure this will be met with some cheers and agreement here on the MB. I know I love to see it.

I love it. Also, Fighting is a really underrated album.

I like Thin Lizzy more, but still seems upside down.

IMO, U2 are the greatest (more of an accomplishment-based rating), but Thin Lizzy is BETTER.

The Cowboy Song is my favorite. Damn, that's sweet.

Cowboy Song is awesome. It makes me wistful for the years I spent in Montana on the dental floss ranch.

ETA: Now this thread has me listening to Live and Dangerous.

Thats a no brainer.

TL revolutionized hard rock with the twin leads. They were all great but the Gary Moore/Scott Gorham lineup was my favorite.

Check out the live version from Australia, that whole set is pretty incredible.

Thin Lizzy is great and deserves much credit and appreciation.

But better than U2?? Sorry…no disrespect to Thin Lizzy but no way

Downvote away but deep down you know I’m right

The Irish didn't even vote for them, and it wasn't close.

Thin Lizzy ‘s song…” The Boys Are Back In Town” is an all time classic that everyone knows the words to. U2 has some real good songs but can’t compare to Lizzy overall.
