Nine Inch Nails first album Pretty Hate Machine doesn’t have a bad song on it.

I agree with several of the albums mentioned thus far, but I'd add Ten Summoner's Tales by Sting.
That album blew me away when I first heard it. The songwriting, the production and the performances are all firing on all cylinders. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but IMO, the album is perfect and it was a shame it lost the Album of the Year Grammy to the Bodyguard soundtrack.

Speaking from a 90’s experience in my coming of age years, third eye blinds debut album doesn’t have a skippable song on it. Also a shout out to August and everything after from counting crows.
