In all honesty, all 12 of their studio albums can be covered here. They're all fantastic.

...sans Yellow Submarine obviously.

It was released on the SAME DAY as Beatles White Album- so there’s that, it had to compete with that whopper of a double album.

4 pages and nobody posted #1 record by big star. Probably the most critically acclaimed “flop” in the history of the music business

Metallica St Anger
It's really the only Metallica album I like and their fans hated it.

This could be the best take I’ve seen on this board.

It's the record that made me really take notice... would never had guessed that their next one would break them into the mainstream...

Stones - Goats Head Soup (after a run of Beggars, Bleed, Fingers, and Exile - anything was gonna be a let down but there's a lot of greatness on GHS)

Chicago VIII (only one top ten single but Kath shines on Hideaway, Oh Thank You Great Spirit, Long Time No See)

After their debut Get The Knack went double platinum and their followup …But The Little Girls Understand… went gold, this underrated and overlooked masterpiece went absolutely nowhere, peaking at #93 on the US albums chart, resulting in Capitol dropping them and their ultimate breakup just a couple of months after its release.

Still one of my favorite power pop records of that era.

Still love this record. Would have loved to hear Corabi on what eventually turned into Gen Swine.
