It's Syd Barrett meets Brian Eno, you either love it or hate it, most people hate it. They have been around since the 80s and Edouard Ka-spel puts out 2 or 3 albums a year as solo, Pink Dots or sometimes the name Tear Garden with cEvin Key of Skinny Puppy.
