Skynyrd and Neil Young had mutual respect. The shoutouts in songs were jokes.

Actually Linkin Park put on a great show at Metallica's Houston stop in the Summer Sanitarium tour. You wouldn't think they'd be a great live band but they were...

Metallica was awesome, but the best performance I've ever seen was Limp Bizkit during the Summer Sanitarium tour.

Today, it's Los Lobos at The Varsity in '91 or so. My opinion will change tomorrow.

Ween or Janes Addiction has to be two of the best live shows I've seen in the last 20 years.

Phish is always fun, especially with a head full of trip

Was there too...agreed that Limp Bizkit put on a great show and I'm not even a fan. But they weren't better than Metallica c'mon man.

Metallica is miles and miles ahead of everyone else on that tour, obviously, but LB's set was incredible. If James or Kirk had run around the stadium and caused tittypalooza, I'd probably be giving them the blue ribbon.

That was an awesome concert; I wish Mudvayne would've played later in the lineup. But, damn, that was a LONG arse concert. When we finally decided we better eat something, all the concessions were closed. The people I was with were begging to leave, and being the only big Metallica fan in the group, I watched the end of their set down flights of stairs making our way out of the stadium.
