They have security systems. Elena's cousin installed them and gave disarm codes. It has to be Elena that set Coop up. She ran a crime org in South America & the gangsta guy was afraid of her.

Yea, I'm only two episodes in...

Edit: Four episodes in now and they covered the security issue pretty well now, kind of a non issue.

My god Olivia Munn. Probably going to mention her in every post just fyi.

It has to be Elena.

She pulled a gun on Coop in Nick’s house which is probably the murder weapon.

She also knew the trunk was an issue on Coop’s car.

Has ties to some kind of cartel.

Stole Coop’s money to pay the drug dealer

What about Barney and his wife? Their conversation in the kitchen was cryptic. Telling each other “you KNOW he didn’t do it” about Coop and saying “me and you before all else.” Seemed fishy.

Barney

I initially thought Barney too.

I just don’t know what his incentive is.

Assuming it has something to do with Coop’s investments that his old firm won’t release.

I can’t stand Amanda Peet’s character. Glad to see things going south for her. Hope Coop doesn’t get back with her. I know he hit it, but not back in a relationship.

Also, the basketball guy was mad at Coop? I was like what? You know you did the same thing to him.

He's seven figures over budget on his remodel and his mother-in-law just big timed him with a charity check.

Do you think Barney paid off the associate to sleep with Coop and set him up?

I don't think he's above it.

Setting up Coop jeopardizes his stable income. Why would he do this?

Maybe he wasn't in on the sex scandal, but he's admonished Coop for taking away his largest, most profitable client.

With that backdrop, maybe he did what he had to.

I'm not necessarily all in on the Barney theory, but it could work.

But how does Barney profit if Coop goes to jail?

……Coop himself is his largest client……

That’s why he keeps trying to get coop a job.

It’s why he knows his burn rate

Coop being in jail would screw Barney

Really good finale.

Kinda secondary but did simply nothing come of Coop’s civil attorney being crooked with his old boss? Did the British chick do something I missed?
