Good show. Started watching last week and all caught up now. I like most stuff JH is in.

I liked Elena until she went all drama queen. She had actually not played the privilege card and was emphatic towards his past year or 2 up until this. The show played the privilege card with their situation, but she hadn’t played that card with him until this episode.
I know they seemingly lost money although I am waiting to see what the pawn shop lady does to get her share from her friend & once everyone sobers up, so did she feel shot down or not used to someone treating with some basic level of respect who wasn’t just trying to get in her pants? Or was it the coke and alcohol bringing on the female emotional overreaction syndrome?

Pawn shop lady warned him about the art guys, so I don’t know if she’ll cut Coop any slack. I think she’ll still push for her cut.
I really like this show. His inner monologue is so on point with his assessments of his friends and neighbors. At some point their lives became about the money and the stuff and the clout and their souls seem lost. I know people like this, and the way these characters are portrayed is true to real life.

Started watching and almost immediately was reminded of Californication. Well acted, written with a good cast and all, but damn... one ridiculous scenario after another. Entertaining to watch, I get it.
That drawer full of watches though. If that's what they leave lying around, what's stashed away in the safe? Nice start to lay the groundwork

I like the show but the last one was dragging until the last ten or so minutes.
His Asian friend/wealth manager is a really bad actor.

New episode was rather boring.
Until the end.

Through 4 episodes and really enjoying it. Love Hamm in everything he’s in.
Amanda Peet isn’t aging well. Munn has always been my number 1 and she’s still a smoke show but appears to have had some work done.

He has been good in other things I have seen, but his voice has seemed different and annoying at times including some monotone mumbling mixed in. It almost seems manufactured somehow. First episode I thought it might be dubbed even though it made zero sense to dub in something harder to understand. He was born in Massachusetts, so it’s not just someone over articulating or pronouncing while also creating a weird tempo to their speech trying to overcome a foreign accented English and sound American. Maybe it’s just his normal voice or just a weird acting choice. It has been distracting at times.

I agree with his voice sounding off sometimes.
The scene where he was drunk and everything catches fire his acting was comically bad.

Hams from Missouri not Massachusets. Munn had breast cancer if remember correctly.

Hamm is from Missouri, and Hoon Lee is from Massachusetts.

It looks like that info Coop gained on Kat Resnick screwing her daughter’s boyfriend is about to be put to use.

Love me some Heather Lind. Can't figure out who'd be setting him up as the killer. Gun looked like a 9mm not .38 like cops said. Maybe meant .380? Only person we have saw with a gun is Elena. Unless she went to the house knowing Olivia Munn was gone & her soon to be ex surprised/shot at her. His trunk has been broke since episode 1.

Not a gun guy. Why would .38 and .380 denote different guns? It's the same number.

Different bullets. Slugs are roughly the same diameter but .38 is typically a bigger projectile and has more energy.

damn this show has launched into the stratosphere....way more than i expected out of it when it started

.38 is made for revolvers. .380 semi auto. Gun they showed had a frame that looked like a 9mm. .380 tend to be smaller/narrower in semi auto much like a .22 lr.

A 38 diameter is .357 inches, .380 has a diameter of .355. A .357 can shoot 38 cal, but not vice versa.
.357>38>.380
You can get all in a semi or revolver, but the 38 & .357 come mostly revolvers.
You wouldn't be able to tell by the frame all the time as I have a .380 larger than my 9.
