Yellowjackets - Season 2 Thread (Spoilers Welcome)

Alright, let's fricking do this! 
The first episode of Season 2 will be available Friday, March 24th for Showtime on Demand and Streaming subscribers. Then, it will premiere on-air on Sunday, March 26, at 9 p.m. ET.

Will we find out who "girl in the pit" was from the opening of Season 1? DOUBTFUL
Anyone got any theories for Season 2?

And also there’s a content item or two you can read .

I did a rewatch to prep for this weekend.
Wiki is a good way to recap. Just read the episode summaries.

I just watched this video (about 38min long) that I think does a pretty good job of providing a recap of S1 by going through each episode individually (plus, the creator added a bunch of funny edits): LINK
Much easier for me to keep track of all the characters by watching a video recap rather than reading an article or listening to a podcast

Just finished the first episode.
I think Christina Ricci continues to be the MVP. She kills it in every scene that she's in.
The opening credits have a bunch of new images thrown in, so that should be fun to analyze in greater depth.
I was wondering how long teen Shauna was going to carry around that "trinket," so the way the episode ended definitely made me My early prediction is that I think Shauna is going to continue to do that, "trinket" by "trinket." 
As usual, some great music choices in this episode. #1 Crush by Garbage, Last Resort by Papa Roach, Drown by Smashing Pumpkins, etc. They really nail the late 90s/early 00s teen angst vibe.

In thinking more about the episode, the tree that Travis and Natalie find that isn't covered in snow has to relate to some sort of underground tunnel/mine? Maybe the same tunnel that Lottie has visions of?
