He wasn’t even the worst cast in that movie.

Burt Reynolds’s is great, but not as Boss Hog.
It’s like they never heard of Danny DeVito. He was a freakin obvious choice for that role.

yeah this is not correct. Hayden is a damn good actor, but the writing for that movie made him look bad.

Terrence Howard was too friggin whiney for me to take him seriously in Iron Man.

Cheadle was better to me - but to each their own my man

I don’t know. I figured in an effort to go legitimate, Michael didn’t want to use an obviously mobbed up lawyer.

Probably figured he needed some hot shot LA lawyer type that didn’t look like a mob shill. The opposite of what people would expect.

I get that and can agree from a plot standpoint, but just don't see why George Hamilton for all of my aforementioned reasons. He's a lightweight.

Terrence Howard is one of those actors that I just cant stand in anything, ever. His face and voice just annoy the frick out me.

Meryl Streep is miscast in everything because she, in fact, sucks.

I can mostly agree with this. But I do think she was actually a pretty good cast for Postcards From the Edge. I'd read the book some years earlier and had some doubts, but she fit, and performed in, that role just about perfectly.

Lois Lane

Yeah, I'm not sure that particular role can be miscast. Basically any attractive youngish female with a bit of talent should normally do the trick. I can imagine Cher/Madonna/Martin-Green screwing that role up horribly, but even that would probably take some poor writing.

Pesci in JFK was the bad casting that you're looking for. One of the worst Southern accents ever put in a film...and that's saying something.

Yeah, but he looked just like him

He seems to me like he’s irl the same as his character in The Best Man, e.g., a-hole always fricking with people.

Not the "Worst Casting...of All Time" but I didn't like Ben Affleck as Jack Ryan in Sum of All Fears.

Has anyone mentioned George Clooney as Batman yet?

That could be the worst ever.

Something tells me if a legit psycho was willing to shoot you because you told an annoying joke about cleaning your shoes one too many times, or because some kid mouthed off to you for half a second (after he’s already shot you once by the way), etc. you wouldn’t be so internet tough.

But hey, you sounded really cool when you said that at least.

As bad as Clooney was, Arnold Schwarzenegger as Mr Freeze was worse
