You could tell you didn’t watch the show. She’s not a secretary once we start hating her

I think Creed killed a guy. Seems like villainous behavior

Watching again I felt bad for Roy.

Roy was just a dick.

Until later, when he started a successful business, learned piano, and sang to his new wife at his wedding. The look on Pam and Jim's faces driving away from that was perfect. WTH?

Michael shows that he has a good heart over and over again in the show. Remember when he agonized over firing someone? And that is just one example.
Everyone has moments in the show

But everything everyone achieved through 7 seasons was typically in spite of Michael

They gave him a redemption arc and then immediately made Andy and Robert California the new villains

Jim and Pam became self absorbed and annoying, but they were only occasionally the cause of other people's problems.

What makes Jim and Pam villains?

but the more annoying trait was the "quirky" sense of humor they gave her once she and Jim got together

…or her sense of being anything more than an admin. The fact she thought she was more of a contributor to the company was idiotic. You’re a secretary, Pam. Shut up and do your job.

late season office was desperate for conflict so they made their main characters suck

BUT pam always kinda sucked.

jim gets judged harshly because people reflect on Dwight and Michael with the gift of hindsight but they were raging assholes on the first season that grew overtime

What an odd pairing. 1950's cartoon strip or 2000's TV comedy.

Why not Jenny from Forest Gump? Absolute worst villain of all time.

Her, Grandpa Joe, or Rose. Always was and always will be between those 3.

Unrelated but…

The Fire (s2) might have been Dwight’s best episode. He killed it

The more I watch these shows the more I pull against these characters.

Jim was my guy. Pulled for him. Dwight was the villain. He consistently sought to suck the joy out of life.

Jim brought joy. Joy was Dwight’s kryptonite.

Pam? Jim stole some a-hole’s girlfriend, banged the office secretary, and married the one woman in that office who stood out as marriage material.

I pulled for Jim. Pam was just his trophy.

Lucy on the other hand was just a royal count.

They really played down her looks in the early seasons
