re: Will Smith did not truly slap Chris Rock, it was totally staged.

Will Smith would have nothing positive to gain from purposely tarnishing his own legacy. There is no reason for him to stage such a controversial action. I don't believe they could offer enough money to someone of his stature to do this. Especially right before his defining achievement in his career. I believe he is the 2nd highest paid actor right now. Only The Rock might demand more pay than Will Smith currently. Smith is/was very much still relevant and had no reason to pull such a stunt.
You say you want proof, but yet there is no proof whatsoever to conclude it was staged. None. All of the evidence after the fact supports Will Smith just acted out on his own.

Here is Chris Rock on the streets looking for more staged slaps.

Every Time Celebs Weighed In on Jada and Will's Most Talked About Moments
“It was in the heat of the moment and it was him overreacting. He knows that, she knows that. They’re in agreement that he overreacted,” a source exclusively tells Us Weekly about where the couple stands now.

Right. Its stupid. He must already be worth hundreds of millions. He’s not a has-been or starving artist. The Oscars get publicity but Will Smith doesn’t benefit. Also, Chris Rock has plenty money too and doesn’t need to get bitch slapped on live TV and cussed at for his own benefit.

Well if you're smarter, then refute what I've said.
Has it occurred to you that nobody is going to spend their time going through all your unhinged bullshite to "refute" it? There's nothing to argue about anymore. I could take one look at Chris Rock after it happened and see that it was real, everything that's happened since that night shows that it was real, and you're in here going on and on like you flushed your lithium. There's no longer a question of whether it was real or not, and I don't really know what the hell you're talking about with these posts. Simmer down

This event was a great intelligence test for the people you know. Some people are just dumb.

When will Netflix make the movie?

No way I could put up with this psycho. She is the worst.

Calling LetTheTigerOut
This will only be another example of The Academy going all in on the conspiracy for further ratings.
There is ZERO evidence that would convince him of this being true, which is such a fantastic position to hold in regards to any topic. One where literally no evidence can ever convince you off of your deeply held conviction.

Why don't you a-holes post in the conspiracy thread, which is already old and tedious?

I had dinner last night with one of the governors of the Academy (who also knows Will) and he was pissed. Also embarrassed and mortified by the incident. The notion that in anyway the Academy had anything to do with this as a publicity stunt is a ridiculous notion.

who the frick cares enough to watch a movie about this - the sole reason I do is because it indicated who the loons and morons were so I know to avoid them in the future.

Was this an attempt at a joke ? Hilarious
I’m a member of said Academy, so it stands to reason I actually interact with some of the board. Just sharing some real insight and not the normal TD nonsense
