This has quickly became my favorite show right now.
Patricia being constantly annoyed at Loftis had me cracking up. And the entire "Shaman" scene
I love this show so much.

Pay attention to the crowd, specifically the four women, when she is dancing to Rhythm of the Night.
Also the mirror when it pans around to her giving her speech. That’s where we first caught it (thought they were all dead). And yes, seeing Rosemary’s reactions knowing she knew from the beginning shite was wilding out and unnatural.
The book was also authored by Lucy Fours (Lucifer). And the book is so passive aggressive when she’s filling it out. Like having one line for what she likes about herself and a damn paragraph of lines for what she doesn’t.
This show is fantastic. It’s the right mix of downright fricking creepy and hilarious.

I noticed the 4 girls dancing and did a wtf and rewound to make sure I saw what I thought I saw since it was so quick. And someone said earlier that E4 wasn’t funny, but the way Patricia was so giddy and prancing around was hilarious to me.
I plan on doing a rewatch of the first 5 episodes before the double drop this upcoming Friday. The episodes aren’t particularly long, which is good for a rewatch, but during actual watch I keep saying I want more.

This was the funniest moment for me so far

Holy crap, wife and I just got caught up
Episodes four and five were brilliant. Episode four is one of my favorite episodes I’ve seen in a long time.

Did anyone else think episode four would’ve been a perfect black mirror episode?

So, the actor playing Kurt... who can name the show where his character has gills?

And the entire "Shaman" scene
The 2nd funniest scene for me. The double whammy of
"We said Wyck was gonna take it"
"You're Wyck"
and then
"And whatever you do, do not look
at any mirrors."
Proceeds to close the door and there's a mirror on it.

If this show doesn’t win some Emmys then it truly is rigged.

Finally jumped into this show over the weekend, what a fun time! The writing has found a delicate balance between quirky characters getting into creepy/scary things while also having some great deadpan humor and a really interesting story.
Patricia's event threw me for a total loop. I knew the book was probably leading her wrong but I absolutely didn't expect deer horns and satanic rituals.
In the hotel Tom read the RUN cards. Were they trying to help him or were they the same as Patricia's book (that if he had followed them, things would have gone far worse for him)?
The writers played GPS girl extremely well. You really see it from Tom's perspective right up to the point where she gets in the car with her friends (and then it's followed with their showing up at Patricia's party).
The whole part about anyone born on the island can't leave or they'll die is a clever way of keeping people on the island (when normal folks would have moved away by now with all the murder and such).
Between this and FROM releasing episodes right now, I may be getting a little spoiled on quality tv.

Apple is doing really well with the shows they have been putting out.
This and your friends and neighbors have been great. I liked the Vince Vaughn show also.

I don’t know the reason behind it, but all Apple shows release the day before the advertised date at 8pm central.

It still blows my mind how many people I meet that have never seen anything on Apple
to be fair, Apple is where HBO was for most of the 90s and 00s. Not a ton of content, but 75% of the time it slaps.
i turn it on once a year, catch up with everything and turn it off, just like Paramount and Starz.
