ETA: and already stated, of course.

The first two seasons had major characters die, so I think it'll be Rick, Chelsea, or one of the trio ladies.

I don't mean it as Mike White hates rich white people and only kills them off. This season just has quite a few that have very flawed moral compasses (and very accurate depictions of such) and I think he'll knock off one of them. Just feels headed that way to me.
Or one of them kills someone else...

My gut tells me that the preview for next week should not in any way provide a spoiler, but it certainly makes me think that someone is going to die by a poisoned smoothie in addition to gunshot. It shows Tim finding out one of the fruits there is poisonous and a little bit later in the preview it shows a blender being mixed up for like 1/2 a second.

The blender has been referenced or pointed out a couple times this season

I think it's a red herring. I don't think anything happens with the Ratliffs

Also why the frick would they let a tree grow on the walkway that bares killer fruit? Seems like a lawsuit just waiting to happen

Why would extremely rich Gary/Greg that wants to be left alone blackmial teh Ratliffs?
Seems plausible.
Has the huge house...yacht (and staff for both)...100K in bribe money laying around.
He doesn't want any static and blackmailing a connected (and entitled) American family is the opposite of keeping a low profile.
BUT, the Ratliff business scandal concerns dealings in Brunei (which is, relatively, in the neighborhood) per Kenny Nguyen. Perhaps Greg has money tied up/lost in that deal and now he has access to Saxon for a kidnap/ransom sort of setup.

Probably so. The knife in season one was a bit of a red herring as well though.
So many options to keep you guessing though. Part of what makes this show great.

This may have already been discussed, but evidently she is the “biggest name” actor on the entire show from a global perspective as she’s a hugely popular K-pop star. An article I read said the show rinners were worried that the logistics of having her on set were going to cause major issues with fans showing up and disrupting things in attempts to see her.
I wouldn’t be surprised. She was in blackpink and has started her solo career. Thai people are hugely proud of how far she’s made it. She’s also supposedly dating the heir of LVHM brands
They shut down Yaowarat to film a video of hers there last year which was probably tough to pull off if you know what it is. I was there last year when it was released and there were references to her and the video all over the place.

So glad they cut that shite out. We didn’t need a bunch of lecturing about orange man bad and nonbinary trans oppression shite . Nobody wants to hear it and especially from 3 rich bitches vacationing in Thailand at a 4 seas
Weren’t they talking about how the daughter was troubled?
Hollywood has already engaged in the trans topic multiple times which makes me wonder if the show was going to have them question the “they”/non-binary for this particular character’s kid as maybe part of bad divorce, and they didn’t want to seem like they were validating in any manner that there are any issues with allowing kids to live this way.

I've thought about this a lot and the theme of this season. A devil's fruit metaphor, temptation.
Everyone is struggling with choices, exposing truth, opening to ideas.
And some characters are catalysts, that's how I started thinking Lochlan could be evil. A devil in disguise as a confused teen.
Who is good and who is evil?
The easy way out is a poison fruit shake for some and the bullet spraying. I'll have to see it.

Finally was able to watch it last night. Here are my thoughts before I catch up on the thread.
Mook is looking fiya in that dress. Damn.
Leslie Bibb is absolute smoke in this episode too.
Parker Posey was great in the small part of the episode she was in. "I can save you.
I hope Gaitok is picking up these flies as to why Mook friend zones him. She thinks he’s a total pussy. At least he is figuring out the Valentin robbery connection I guess.
The Lochlan sister thing is odd. He’s clearly into her. Total misdirect with them hooking up at the monastery.
Goggins scene was a letdown. Lots of time wasted for it to be a giant nothing burger. At least he got some closure I gues. Sam Rockwell is about to go on a tranny bender though.
This is the first time all season I felt like I can see that Saxon is Arnold’s son. I don't know why, but up until this episode I never thought he even really resembled AS. But several times this episode he looked just like a younger version of him.
Good for Saxon for turning down free pussy with a hot chick (who was a borderline butterface this whole episode).
Belinda wants one break? What the frick? All she gets is breaks. Works at WL. Travels the world doing what she loves. Asian dude very clearly out of her league bangs her. She gets a $100k cash offer. frick off.
Good to see Saxon connect with Chelsea a little bit. Not sure he can woo her away from Rick but he seems to be chipping away a little. I suspect she will stay true to Rick though. I'll actually be disappointed if she doesn't since she seems like one of the only decent people on the show.
Does nobody close doors at this fricking place?
Carrie Coon and her boobs still looking great. Hilarious that Alexei was playing her for cash though. And wanted her to PayPal it.
Great episode. Feels like a lot of things either came closer together or got some semi resolution already.
Interested to see everything wrap up next episode.
Looks like a lot of things discussed here are on the table based on the preview for next week. Closeups of the blender. The poisonous fruit. We see Gaitok running with the gun.
Predictions:
Timothy tries to poison himself and his family, and it goes horribly wrong. And somehow things work out with the work shite and they end up leaving the same way they came and nobody is knows about it. I think the daughter will change her mind about the monks since Lochlan is now onboard with it.
The cougar trio makes up and leaves BFFs and it's business and pettiness as usual. Although I really hope that continues to blow up even more and they leave hating each other (or at least outwardly hating each other since they already seem to on the inside). But I suspect Laurie's whole thing with Alexei will make her ease up on Jaclyn now.
Feels like the shootout almost has to involve Gaitok and the Russians/Valentin. I just hope Mook doesn't get shot or die.
I hope Belinda takes the money and we never have to see her again on the show.
Rick and Chelsea leave together and hopefully he has his shite more together now that he can move on from the owner's husband thing.

Still can’t get over that her slam piece is named Pornchai. With a name like that, or course he fricks.

I noticed that as well. Then once I saw it, I couldn't unsee it.
