This is what I was thinking, but the gay angle actually makes sense. Wasn't he in a relationship with the gay guy from season 2?

I believe so.
Could be as simple as he's manipulative as frick and will do whatever he has to do to meet his needs.

Chloe is playing on that for some reason. Maybe to give Greg an opportunity to whip Saxon's arse? He gets to save a little face and she sees that he cares about her in his own way.
I don't think they are coordinating, though.

So updated theories on the shootout that opens in the 1st episode:
- The Russians try another grab and get into a shootout with the bodyguards (didn't sound like enough gun shots though in frequency and intensity) or with Gaitok.
- Belinda calls the police on Greg/Gary. They show up and some combo of Tim/The Russians/Gary/Rick thinks they're there for them and shite hits the fan.
- Gaitok approaches Valentin about the robbery trying to be a bad arse and a shoot out happens.
- The Russians try another grab and get into a shootout with the bodyguards (didn't sound like enough gun shots though in frequency and intensity) or with Gaitok.
- Belinda calls the police on Greg/Gary. They show up and some combo of Tim/The Russians/Gary/Rick thinks they're there for them and shite hits the fan.
- Gaitok approaches Valentin about the robbery trying to be a bad arse and a shoot out happens.

The first thing I thought of when Chloe approached Saxon about Greg/Gary liking to watch was it's just a ruse to get Saxon over there alone. My initial thought is because he's pissed that he thinks Saxon banged Chloe, but I think I like the blackmail angle better with brothers in the threesome.

Okay I’ve moved my opinion on who’s dead around a lot.
My initial theory was it’s the owner lady, seems busted now unless she’s hopping on a plane but I don’t think so.
2nd theory was Buddhist girl but I don’t think that really fits or would have the impact they want
3rd theory was Mook and I still think there is a chance that’s right.
My final (for now) theory is it’s Gaitok. He tries to show Mook he’s tough by confronting the Russians or standing up to whoever is showing up with guns and he ends up dead.
