Which historical figures deserve a biopic?

The new Napoleon biopic is long overdue. It made me realize how many significant historical figures deserve a modern biopic.
Here is a few I thought of:
John Paul Jones - The father of America's Navy and one of the most badass men in US Military history. His life story would make for an incredible action/adventure/war film.
Joan of Arc - A few poorly made films were done before the new millennium, but nothing astounding. The SJWs would probably ruin this film by claiming Joan of Arc identified as a man.
George Washington - The Crossing starring Jeff Daniels was fantastic, but a film covering all of Washington's life is needed.
Robert Moses - The book The Power Broker: Robert Moses and the Fall of New York is one of the most famous biographies of the 20th century. A biopic on Moses has enormous potential with the first half of the film painting Moses as a hero with the massive improvements he brought to New York. The second half would show the dark side of his career and controversial projects, including the Cross Bronx Expressway and his fight with Jane Jacobs over Greenwich Village.
Theodore Roosevelt - supposedly a major motion film starring Leonardo DiCaprio is in the works. IMDB - Roosevelt
Martin Luther - This would ruffle some Catholic feathers, but Luther changed Europe and Christianity forever, regardless what you think of him. There's plenty of biographies and I believe the Lutheran church made a film, but I would prefer this film to be secular and not have Catholic or Protestant bias.
Others: Isaac Newton, Cortes
There's no reason to keep releasing remakes when there are plenty of fascinating characters and legendary stories from history that have yet to be shown on the big screen.

Rasputin
Vlad the Impaler
HBO made a Rasputin movie in the 90s with Alan Rickman but he needs a big budget one. Vlad needs a real biopic with no vampire stuff.

Mongol needed a trilogy to finish up the story of Genghis Khan.
Justinian the Great
A non-homo Netflix series on Alexander the Great.

It seems like a slam dunk epic. I have no idea why it hasn't been done in a big budget way.

From what little I have read of him, he may be the baddest man that ever lived.
Leroy Brown couldn't hold his jock.

There's enough scandalously delicious information to work with that they could just tell truth and gross over a billion.

I'd love to see one on the Varangians or the Greek 10,000 in Persian with xenophon

Even though a docudrama, season 2 of Rise of Empires: Ottoman told a detailed account of Vlad’s fight against Mehmed II.

quote:India and Khilji
At a time when most of the medieval world was laid waste by the brutality of the Mongol armies, Khilji kept India – and its culture and civilisation – safe from the scourge.

G.A. Custer
There's been a lot of movies made about Custer, but like most, I feel they were pretty liberal with the truth about the man.
His story reminds me of a line from the movie "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance" when the newspaper editor, after hearing the true story from Senator Rance Stoddard about how Liberty Valance was killed-----he said, "When the legend becomes the truth, print the legend".
