Ice Cube over Robin Williams and Mike Myers is wild

Ice Cube had the following:

Friday movies
Barbershop movies
21 and 22 Jump Street
Ride Along movies

Website I pulled from must be excluding the Shrek movies from Myers' total or something.

So I liked Eurovision in 2020 but idk if i’d call it great.

His peak was definitely

2001 Zoolander
to 2012 the campaign

But Daddy’s home is funny.

That’s 2015 I think. he’s been in good movies but I would not call them Will Farrell movies.

Just glad they stopped giving roles to Seth Rogen

Weird way to think about an actor who had around 10 acting credits in 2024, is headlining an expensive apple show this spring, had a big dramatic role in the last Spielberg film, and has produced and written so many successful tv and film projects in the past decade that he can get anything he wants greenlit.

Given that the op mentioned The Campaign as an example of a truly great movie, it's clear that "great" really just means enjoyable. Eurovision and Between Two Ferns: The Movie are two of the most enjoyable and rewatchable comedies of the past several years.

The Other Guys (2010)

Yep

I tried to watch You're Cordially Invited on Prime; half- hour was out.

The prevailing reviews concur, what happened to Will Ferrell?

Comic actors who can change their delivery method and stay funny are very few and far between. Bill Hader can do this, I think. I'm having trouble coming up with another example off the top of my head.

Ben Stiller fits, in my opinion. Comedy villain in a movie like Dodgeball, slapstick like Zoolander, more of the straight man in Meet the Fockers.

Both are propped up by Barbie.

I didn't dive deep into the details and just found a table to post, haha.

My daughter would say Megamind, if that counts. I'm not even sure if that is the name of the movie, but that character.

But the answer is The Other Guys.

According to a list shared previously, he has 15 movies. I’m glad that you enjoy his groundbreaking work and contributions to the world of film but his schtick got old quick for me. Also his laugh sounds like a tugboat.

Who said I enjoy it? His shtick is currently an industry. It is everwhere.

Jason segal can fit this for me.

Laidback stoner type in knocked up and I love you man. Sad sack in forgetting Sarah Marshall (one of the GOATs btw) witty type on shrinking. Goofy in muppets and how I met your mother.

As for Adam sandler if you said that in 2020 he would be making higher quality content then will Farrell back in 2006 id say you are crazy but if you look at their content it’s really unquestionable. Sandler has easily had as many chuckle out loud decent movies equal to daddy’s home since 2010 and Sandler has had several solid dramatic roles as well

I was going to mention Adam Sandler. Never caved into the woke nonsense. For the most part has not changed much. Does a lot of stuff on Netflix (The Ridiculous 6 is one of my recentish favorites). Happy Gilmore 2 is set to come out sometime maybe this year I think
