Hard to say just one, but these 2 came to mind first:

The Bear - “Forks”
The Americans - “START” ( series finale)

True Detective S1E1 is definitely up there, along with basically the entire season.

I'll do scrubs here since it is back...

Everyone talks about the ones with Brendan Frazier, and they are amazing... But man, the episode "My Lunch" might be one of my favorite acting jobs by Dr Cox.

The way he handles JD over his patient's suicide to the heart punching ending with the 3 organ donor patients...

That 20 minute episode kick the shite out of me emotionally.

I always liked the SBTB episode where everyone liked Beldings brother and Mr. Belding was jelly and at the end Zack saw Beldings brother for what he really was. It was a good episode that taught you that you don’t really know people.. There were a lot of good life lesson episodes on SBTB. Jessie’s Song and no hope with dope were a couple of others.

There are so many different great Episodes of different shows.

Star Trek: DS9 - The Great Ferengi
Fraiser - The episode where Fraiser's boss thinks he is gay and Fraiser does doesn't realize that they are on a date. The boss also thinks that Niles and the Father is gay ( They both were irl)

I have a bunch more. Just can't think of them atm. Dog is snoring next to my ear.

Mythic Quest Season 1 Episode 5 "A Dark Quiet Death" is a singular stand alone episode of the series that is genuinely moving masterclass in story telling that everyone can and should watch even if you aren't into genre of video came comedy.

It's been a while since I watched BSG.

The Adama Maneuver in Exodus pt 2 is the most memorable for me. We were having a watch party with friends, and I had my ancient sony surround sound cranked. When he does that atmospheric jump, the whole room shook. It was incredible.

That might be the funniest episode of anything I've seen. Futurama had "Luck of the Fryfish" and "Jurassic Bark" that were classics because of the feels.

Ozymandias and, for Star Trek, "In the Pale Moonlight" and "The Inner Light" are up there for drama/sci fi.

Heck yeah! If I was asked best scene in TV, this closely followed by Lee’s testimony during the trial, would be at the top of my list.
