One that hasn't been mentioned, American Pie. I was dang near 30 when it came out but it was pretty funny at first viewing.

I was 16 when Jackass 2 came out, watched it in the theater with a bunch of friends.
Literally fell out of my chair laughing more than once. Just the perfect age to see that movie

It’s different than a pure comedy but it is for sure a laugh a minute movie.
I watched it with my 16 year old a few months ago and felt bad for laughing at the things I did with him in the room.
