Return of the Jedi for me. I don’t think I even saw Empire for a year or two after that.

Star Wars
LOTR:FOTR is a close second because I am such a fan of the source material.

Snuck in to my first R rated movie to see Bo Derek’s boobs in “10”. Great choice for my first boob movie I think.

Viewing Scream 2 in an urban theater.
If that doesn’t count, Empire Strikes Back. Specifically the snow battle on Hoth.

When I was very young, parents dropped off a bunch of us little kids at the local theater to see a double feature of Dumbo and The Legend of Lobo.
The previews were not "suitable for all audiences" as they say now. They ran the trailer for "Hell's Angels on Wheels", a biker flick, that showed hippy chicks dancing in bras, weed smoking, bottle smashing, etc. We thought it was pretty amazing.

Same, I was 6. Also Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in 1990. What they could do before shitty CGI with makeup and special effects was amazing. I thought they were real

You definitely set a high bar.
She was absolutely a 10.
John absolutely had a type:
Linda Evans
Ursla Andress
Bo Derek

My dad was a teacher. Took me to all kinds of movies that kids my age today wouldn’t be going to see.
Agreed on the turtles. The costumes seemed to get worse with each movie.

I remember seeing Return of the Jedi in the theater. To this day I can point out the exact seats we sat in. I was three years old.

Independence Day. It had some crazy long lines and it came out around July 4th so everyone at the time was super patriotic and the theater was actually clapping during several moments.

Gotta be Star Wars for me. Original 3, of course.
Jurassic Park - I must have seen that 7-8 times in theatre.
LOTR - The Fellowship of the Ring was the first opening midnight showing I had ever attended. It was surreal, and a nearly packed theatre. Made it a point to watch Two Towers and ROTK at midnight showings too.
Interstellar was memorable as well.

Me and some friends did the same thing for Tarzan:The Ape Man. Snuck in after buying tickets to see The Fox and the Hound.

My mom says we saw Jurassic Park but honestly dont remember seeing it in the theatre.
Also saw Twister the same year as ID4 so will add that.

Willow, Jurassic Park or Independence Day
Tough to decide.

For me it was ET. I know Empire Strikes Back had some huge effect on me but I don't really remember watching it in the theatre but I know I did. I vividly remember ET taking me to a magical place.
My biggest disappointment was Firefox. I saw the commercial and the posters and begged my dad to take me to it because I was an airplane / space buff. Turns out the first 1.5 hours of the movie were a boring Clint Eastwood cold war drama. I kept asking my dad, where are the space planes? He kept saying, just wait, they have to be in here somewhere. We saw them on the commercial. I got cranky.
