That's a rare movie where, if I'm recommending it to someone, I tell them to watch the theatrical cut, NOT the extended/directors version. The extended cut adds like 45 minutes to the movie and almost all of the added material falls flat. But yeah, the theatrical cut is top tier.

To his day, the funniest movie I’ve ever seen is Dumb and Dumber. Almost every single thing about that movie cracks me the frick up or makes me giggle like a little kid.
