Maybe not the funniest but hasn’t been mentioned yet. Due date has some incredible scenes that make me cackle each time. The scene when Ethan walks to the truck and asks him if he is ready to apologize gets me everytime

If I had to pick one to keep watching as a standalone, it would come down to Blazing Saddles or The Big Lebowski. I've seen those two more than any other. Probably go with TBL because of the perfect casting and it being more modern humor.
