The Penguin, with Shogun a very close second.
We looked forward to The Penguin with the same anticipation that we had for The Sopranos and Band of Brothers. Not that it's at the same level, but we were into it that hard.

Maybe not "the best"...but 2 of my favorite series in recent years are:
Reservation Dogs
Resident Alien

Shogun, though it's sad that they feel the need for a pure money grab season 2.

My wife liked BCS more than BB. I think the cameos and call backs to BB on BCS brought a really fun nostalgia to the show. Seeing anything BB related was fun.
Just seeing people alive again on BCS that had died on BB.... Good stuff.

Dark
It’s on Netflix. Perhaps the best casting ever for a show. Time travel-themed, but done differently than anything else I’ve seen. Highly recommend.

I found the fact that they had aged so much for a prequel to be pretty distracting especially when Slippin' Jimmy and Mike had flashbacks in that prequel so like, what, 20 years prior to Breaking Bad but the actors look twenty years older. Mike back story and anything with Lalo or Nacho was great though.

Black Bird
Shogun
Barry
Not necessarily in any order -- just those three really stand out.
Currently watching:
Bad Sisters
Silo
Bad Sisters is really underrated funny.
Silo is boring...such promise early on. But just fails miserably delivering an enjoyable story. I watch now because I dislike every character, and I'm just waiting to see how much their misery increases.
