The opening credits for Daredevil never got the love they deserved.

Better Call Saul

There’s no point in skipping because the intro’s only like 10 seconds long and I love the guitar theme.

The 70s were loaded with great intros:

MASH
Six Million Dollar Man
Vegas
Welcome Back Kotter
SWAT
Rockford Files
Dukes of Hazzard (Waylon Jennings)

finally someone got the right answer after 3 pages!

Nick Cave tyfys

On a gathering storm comes
a tall handsome man
In a dusty black coat with
a red right hand

The fact it's super short plus worked into the story each episode means you miss part of the show if you skip it.

How has no one mentioned The Sopranos yet?

The HBO snow scramble screen.. The Lincoln Tunnel tiles, the cigar smoke, that bass line, the Turnpike... then North Jersey. It kind of set the template for top flight intros for top tier HBO shows.

Forgot about that one. I starting skipping it after season 2 or 3 when they changed the original version. The other renditions just aren't as good as the original.

The Rifleman

Gunsmoke had some good ones too. They changed over the years. Evolution of Gunsmoke opening credits I like the one that started in season 14 where Matt is running his horse and pops it with the reins. My childhood horse took some abuse as a result.

The closing credits with the coffee pot on the stove had some strong music with horns and acoustic guitar.

Anything that last longer than 30 seconds is immediately skipped in my household. I can't stand long intros.
