Watching Roadhouse. Best movie ever made but there are some issues...

When Brad has the Monster truck plow through the local car dealership while the entire town watches as though it was a baseball game, someone consoles the dealership owner telling him that he has insurance.

The guy who consoled him was Red, the auto parts store owner, and he was parroting what the dealership owner said to him when Wesley has his store burned down. He was being facetious.
