Jesus: Another interesting character they have ruined.

This one bugs me a lot. He came into their lives, excited to introduce them to a bigger world, but basically just doomed them without much remorse.

Well I finally give in. I'm finished. I can't stand this show anymore.

I'm almost at the same point. fricking show should only say "inspired by the walking dead comic". How do you frick up an idea this good when the story boards were drawn for you years before?

Has Kirkman come out with a statement on this shitshow?

I fast forward through 70%+ of it on Monday during my lunch break. I can't quite stop watching it completely but I'm pretty damn close.

I'm pretty sure the dump truck full of money he gets from AMC has him not caring.

The comic is currently suffering as well, as it's mostly dialogue that runs in circles with nothing happening. And Kirkman's dialogue...yeesh. Reading comments from the recent issue online and people are frustrated at the show and the comic. I was a long time buyer of the comic, but for $3.99 an issue and about 5 minutes of reading material, I switched to online.

d several have said this but it’s true. The story has become lazy convenient filler to lead up to ‘big events’.

Yeah and the problem is...there are no big events. If a big event is even happening, we wouldn't know it otherwise.

I'd like to point out that the "sewers" they used to escape are absurdly oversized, and absurdly dry.

Link to The Following Season 1 thread. I just went through it for the first time in a few years. It still makes me laugh.

The first few episodes were pretty good, but the last couple....the massive amount of dumb decisions was finally too much. Such a week ending on almost all points.

Gimple is an exposed hack.

amc should reduce the seasons to 12 episodes and spend 4 million an episode after firing gimple.

In an ideal world, let Vince Gilligan and crew come on for 2 seasons.

Should be petitions..plus with viewership down, he should be out.

He wrote ghost rider vengeance.

He's not working out, and its obvious.

Yeah...its like at this point I want spoilers so that I can stop having high expectations and hopes of something good to come. Like the big surprise is going to be that Tara dies. OH MY GOD! NOOOO! NOT Tara! Show is ruined!

They were only like 3-5 pages for much of the season IIRC

That was all bitching too btw

Upon rewatch..

Herschel did a hell of a job not causing too much scarring on Carl's abdomen from the bullet shrapnel.

That thread was fantastic. I quit watching the show after a few episodes but I followed the thread for maybe 2 seasons.
