Very common thread theme around here, but I'll throw out the one I always do:
Cadence (1990)
Fantastic movie. Charlie Sheen, Martin Sheen, Lawrence Fishburne. About a white soldier (CS) put into an all-black barracks in a military prison, and trying to adjust and fit in.
Great, great movie. And most people have never heard of it.
