But I see my favorite underrated film has already ben mentioned.
So in that case:
Barton Fink
Yes it was nominated for a bunch of awards, but it's NEVER talked about anymore. And as a movie to legitimately take a dump on Hollywood and it's own self-image, it's quite poignant again. Truly brilliant film and the cast performance all around is kind of mesmorizing.
