Twilight of the Gods by Zack Snyder on Netflix

I haven't seen this one mentioned here yet. I watched it over the last couple of nights.

It's animated but DEFINITELY not for kids. Gratuitous sex, violence, and nudity abounds. And of course it's 2024 so all groups must be represented. There's a tranny and some gay stuff. And yes, there's a girlboss as the main character.

But, overall, I thought it was really well done. It shows the Norse gods from a different perspective than what Disney will tell you. Thor, Odin, Baldr, these are not benevolent beings. They are petty, vindictive, savage, wanton, and stick much closer to the actual take the Norwegians had on their deities.

I'm still not sure how I feel about the ending, so I thought I'd post about the show here and see what others of the M/TV have to say about it.

I really like the animation style and how deeply they delve in to the lesser known Norse mythology.
