Scoob- I was going to post about Hot Lips but you beat me to it. She went from Hawkeye’s foil to a feminist ally after a couple seasons. Still one of my favorite tv series, though.

Any character on a successful show that lasts for 5+ seasons honesty. Everyone eventually becomes caricatures of themselves.

No mention of Eric in Boy Meets World? Went from cool, suave older brother to half functioning idiot midway through the show. Not to mention Topanga went from super weirdo to normal hot girl a couple seasons in, at which point they pretended like she and Corey had been dating since they were 2.

I’m not sure if Quagmire or Joe changed much. Lois and Meg stayed mostly the same. Peter got more outlandishly stupid but his intelligence varies greatly depending on the needs of the plot. Stewie definitely changed.
