Did it bother anyone else that the claymore would NOT have gone off? I hate issues like this in well-done movies/series. I thought I caught it at the end of the last episode but didn't go back to check.

The new episode was released early online due to the superbowl on Sunday. Some people have already watched this morning.

First, I apologize to those that I ruined the claymore scene with a spoiler, I have been on multiple movie and TV boards and spoiler was never required for a single episode thread and none were given in the other threads regarding TD here that I saw. I can see the issue since it was early streaming. Mea Culpa.
It is kinda hard for an M18 Claymore to go off when the blasting cap is outside of the mine. It would have made a loud pop and that would have been it. The prop guy simply did not know how to properly arm a Claymore.

It's fricking good. I find myself seeing Wayne more clearly. He's definitely fricked up in the head.
The Burns kid calling him out really got under his skin.
The old man scene between Wayne and Roland where they are both fighting back tears was so good. Pizzolato manages to slip a few good one-liners in there and lighten it up, as dark as the show is overall.
I still can't get over how good Mahershala's make-up and mannerisms are, depicting the old Wayne. He's incredible.
