Has anyone questioned how quick Marty was to kill Ledoux? Like he didn't want Ledoux alive for interrogation. Hmmmm. At first I understood if he had found a kid he knew or his own daughter, but not to react that way to strange kids. I don't know. Struck me as odd I guess.

One theory I haven't seen yet...

Rust was actually killed while undercover (the three bullets he took) and this entire investigation is occurring in purgatory.

Of course now that I figured this out, the writers will change it up and pretend they had it planned that way all along.

So close PsychTiger...

Rust is actually still in the mental hospital and this whole investigation has been staged. Like a south Louisiana Shutter Island.

I don't know. I get enraged when I hear about people hurting children, and they were in the middle of nowhere. I could see this happening.

One of the kids was dead and I think it was just showing what Marty and Rust are capable of. If Marty would have killed him before going in the room with the kids then I would buy that theory more easily.

So 60+ pages, half of which are Decatur trolling and SFP telling everybody the ending sucks when it is still 3 episodes away. Total shite show.

I remember hearing about that crazy cult in Hammond when it happened almost a decade ago (didn't realize it was that long ago). Some really fricked up shite. LINK

quote:

Louis Lamonica walked into the sheriff's department in tiny Livingston, La., a few weeks ago and asked to speak with a detective. According to police, for almost the next two hours the middle-aged preacher, dressed casually in a green polo shirt and green slacks, proceeded to tell a story so sickening they could scarcely believe what they were hearing. He explained that he was the former pastor of Hosanna Church, a now defunct house of worship in nearby Ponchatoula. Matter-of-factly and without remorse, Lamonica said that he and other church members had molested children, and taught them to have sex with each other, as well as with a dog. He told the detectives that he drank cat blood, and poured it on the bodies of his young victims, according to Ponchatoula Police Chief David Vitter.

Another masterpiece. This has been an amazing ride and I'll be sad to see it go. It's a legendary piece of film and I'm happy to be on board.

This is one of the reasons I think Tuttle is the Yellow King. I think that might have been an influence to the writer as he's from LA.

it's a meme in the typical hollywood occult story that it's a christian in disguise. i've been praying since the first episode that they didn't go that route. as kramer said in the Mr. Peanut ep of Seinfeld..."so played"
