So Vinci PD and the russian dude and the realestate/land company are all involved in conspiring to murder Casper. Tall skinny lieutenant guy is the one in the crow mask who shot CF in episode two.
This would help explain how the car used to transport casper to his resting spot ended up outside that guys house the Rm and CF happened to be questioning. However, the dude in the white mask that they chased at the end of that episode didnt seem to be the same body type as the skinny lieutenant.

Next week, we'll start a negadetective thread so all of you can repeat over and over agian that there is 4 POVs that need to be covered. The rest of us can use the normal thread to enjoy the show for what it is.

Couple of thoughts...
Anyone think the two kids taken from the jewelry store that was shredded during the riots are the mayors two kids? The time line fits for their approximate ages and the picture they showed matches the complexions of each.
Also...I'm wondering if this ends up boiling down to Vv finding the hard drive and has to make a decision to either cash it in for his land or turn it over to media and sink all of the people who have screwed him. He did say in this episode...I have a sense of justice.

so the real estate guy, the Russian, and the Vinci PD "skinny cop" are all colluding together, but why are they trying to frick over VV?

Sometimes as we know, the dialogue is a little hard to understand. I backed this up a few times to listen and could never decide: When the old cop was talking about the kids from the jewelry store and how they ended up being screwed up and in the system, did he say one of them always wanted to wear masks?

Casper was black mailing everyone with the videos. That's why he was killed. My only guess on Stan was he found out something about Blake or he was also involved with Blake in the parties and somehow got foul of the group.
And to the previous poster...they arent really trying to screw over VV. They are just using him...a useful pawn...let him think he is relevant and dispose of him when he isn't needed. He is an outsider to the power crew we saw at the big party...literally every faction we know so far was represented there...

iirc VV was very saddened/distraught when they found his body.

Was anyone else confused by the rapist CF talked to at the prison?
Doesn't look like his kid at all, and kind of had a clueless look to him when CF asked about his wife.

i was thinking that something wasn't kosher.... with 2 episodes left and a lot to wrap up, it would be really annoying if they go that route though.

I think he meant it like the murder scene fricked him up and he basically shut down after that. They couldn't get a read on the kid because he didn't react to anything.

fwiw, me not liking the music in the "party scene" is the first negative thing I have said all season.
It just didnt fit to me.
