I could be wrong but I believe the poster misspelled it on purpose referencing this video

6 minute stand up clip. - NSFW content
Might be funny, but nowhere near his stand up vibe

First episode was an all-timer
Others were good, just not quite as good.

I watched 4 tonight. I laughed alot.
The wops
Bikini car wash ad and that drawing...I'm not good at faces. I can make him more Jewish.
The manager guy is funny.
I can name the race of anyone by their car. "Arnold, Chrysler 300..no don't do it, shoot he will really say it " hahaha

I’m 4 episodes in too. I’ve found that each one is better than the one before. Loved episodes 3 and 4.
Spoilers
They did seem to steal some plot lines from the office:
- a branch is closing and they need to get their numbers up to survive
- sending a racy email to the wrong person / group

2 episodes in. This show is hilarious.
Is this over the top, or is more like Kim's Convenience? If you have Netflix and haven’t watched Kim's Convenience do yourself a favor and check it out.

I am the odd man out it seems. Despite liking Schulz and Gillis it was just meh for me. Probably because I have never been much of a workplace comedy fan except MASH and it far from a simple sitcom. I have to take that back because I love Danny McBride's trio of HBO comedies that could all at least tangentially be considered workplace. I'll finish the season and it may grow on me but 2 in and I am not particularly drawn in.

Did you not like the office?

it's full of pretty basic plotlines and character tropes, but just serves as a vehicle for funny conversations/one liners and a couple funny events.
that is not a complaint. it's a mindless comedy and i enjoyed it. will 100% watch season 2. i like shane a lot and stavros enough, so i definitely knew what i was gonna be getting and i think it delivered on that.

It’s a long running internet gag to misspell his name like that
Bart Krisner, Burt Kushner etc
Him and Segura are in the Brennen Schaub vortex right now trying to swim their way out

Those are pretty basic workplace storylines. You could say The Office stole many ideas from Office Space but these kinda settings have a bit more of a limited scope, they just do a twist for their own thing.

I will watch it but have never sought it out. Both flavors of The Office and Parks and Rec hit me the same way, they aren't bad they just don't resonate with me. All three of those are in my wife's wind-down at night rotation so I have seen parts of episodes hundreds of times but none of them are in my wheelhouse.

Shane is hilarious. The Wops are great. I do not like Will the manager. Bad casting
