Yeah I love Parks and Rec, but when they brought in the loud office guy from Eagleton it took a nosedive

The scene where he is hungover after drinking the Snake Juice is maybe one of the funniest moments in television.

That’s my most watched episode of this show

I wasn't a big fan of him but he grew on me over time just a little. The show didn't take a nosedive because of him, though. Not in the least.

That’s Billy Eichner, those episodes were hard to get through but he does tone it down eventually. April and Andy is the better than Jim and Pam.

First season sucks, and they kind of cartoonize Ron at the end, but it's mostly a really good watch.

Was a massive Office and Friends fan, Parks to me, is superior after a second watch. Season 2 on is fantastic.

It's my favorite sitcom of all time.

Ron is the GOAT central character, and his bits with Tammy 2 are excellent TV. Jean Ralphio and Mona Lisa Saperstein are phenomenal peripheral characters. It's incredible.

Once Andy and Leslie settle into their roles and Mark Brendanawicz is gone, the series shoots off like a rocket. It's amazing until the last season.

Mark Brendanawicz
discount Paul Rudd and sad sack Rashida Jones were such buzz kills on an otherwise fun cast.

April and Andy are my favorite sitcom couple of all time.

Craig may be the only wasted character on the show. Even Hurricane was more likeable than him.

Mark and Anne as mentioned before were “meh” but never drug the show down.

Here to join the party.

I gave P&R a try even though never found Amy P all that funny and kinda couldn't even look at her.

But the show is so good, and her character is so true to who they wrote her to be, that I found myself changing my mind and LIT-rally loving the show.

What a great come-back story.

Also, being a nerd, I will always love the Cones of Dunshire bit and how they brought it back around in a way that showed Ben to be the genius geek we all love him for.

One of my favorite background characters was Joan Callamezzo of Pawnee fricking Today!. The episode where Ron goes on and Joan is knocked out from her booze cruise is one of my favorites.

Are there people saying it’s bad? I thought most people enjoyed it.

I remember when it came out I tried and didn't care for it. Then a couple years later had someone telling me it was one of their favorite shows and I looked at him like he was crazy as he generally had a good sense of humor. Started watching again and it was so much better. That first season is okay enough when you go back and watch after knowing the characters, but it could never last if they stuck with that formula. It's now one of my favorite shows ever.

Ron's quote "Any dog under fifty pounds is a cat, and cats are pointless" is golden and I've used it multiple times in everyday life
