either way it indicates that the wolves were definitely watching Alexandria and may have had a plant in the ASZ.
I kind of took it more as NO humans (or humans other than the Wolves) were supposed to be anywhere. Kind of crazy rambling stuff. That together with the other Wolf that said something like they "don't have a choice" seem to indicate that there is something even weirder going on than your run of the mill post apocalyptic psycho group.

Rick might have sent only Morgan to see what was happening while the rest tried to get the herd to change their course from Alexandria.
I bet Morgan letting those people go will come back to bite him. Like it almost did when he let those 2 Wolves go when they attacked in the woods and they came back to attack him now.

I'm surprised you could afford both birds, though perhaps if you would have only bought one of them you could afford cable/satellite. Of course, poor people are usually poor because of bad spending decisions.
